Following the Alberta's Health Standards and Guidelines for Esthetics and Personal Services is a fundamental requirement which is not taken lightly. I'm very particular and keep my spa clean and up to standard.

The health and safety of my clients as well as that of my family is very important to me. Because I operate my business out of my home, it is even more fundamental to follow the guidelines set up by the Government. Please take a moment to read my most up to date Health and Safety Guidelines.

Please consider that if I get sick, it might impact your or someone else’s booked appointment. Please know that I sincerely value your co-operation and understanding in this matter.

Service Guarantee

Because I love what I do and I take pride in my work, I always try and make sure my clients are satisfied before they leave - and that is something I strive for. So I offer a 7 day guarantee on all my services. If you experience any problem with your service within that time frame, please don't hessite to contact me, I am happy to assess and address your concern as soon as possible with no added cost.

 

Late Arrival

I kindly ask that you let me know if you anticipate that you might be late for your up-coming appointment. That way I can schedule accordingly if needed. As part of my commitment to all my clients, I have implemented the following late arrival policy, for appointments where you are more than 10 min late without advance notice I reserve the right to consider your appointment as a no-show and I will proceed to cancel your appointment.
